We typically do not engage in contingent recruiting. Instead, we offer two options of flat fee recruiting: On-demand (pay per hire), and subscription recruiting (pay per month). Most contingent recruiters charge 20-25% of your hire's first year salary. Our pricing is a fraction of that cost, and our retention focused recruiting is more effective.

Yes! There is a 90-day single-replacement guarantee on all hires. If your new hire doesn't work out for any reason in the first 90-days, we'll recruit a replacement at no cost.
