There are a lot of variables when it comes to time-to-fill, including: the company, position, compensation, benefits, and more. The average time-to-fill most professional level roles is 45-days; however, it could be faster or take longer. We can give you a better estimate once we learn about the position(s) you need filled.

We typically do not engage in contingent recruiting. Instead, we offer per-person flat fee pricing, and monthly subscription-style packages. Most contingent recruiters charge 20-25% of your hire's first year salary. Our pricing is a fraction of that cost.

Yes! There is a 90-day single-replacement guarantee on all hires. If your new hire doesn't work out for any reason in the first 90-days, we'll recruit a replacement at no cost.

Passive searches are conducted using our large database of candidates, third-party candidate databases, social media, email, text, and more.
