Subscription Recruiting is a flexible, flat-fee recruiting model that gives your business continuous access to BR1’s recruiting team for a predictable monthly cost. Instead of paying high placement fees per hire, you get an ongoing partnership that scales with your hiring needs.

This approach combines proactive recruiting, advertising, candidate outreach, and screening into one simple monthly plan — so you can build your stronger team, without the spikes in cost or stress that come with traditional recruiting. Subscription Recruiting turns hiring into a consistent, strategic process rather than a one-off transaction. 

Traditional recruiting usually means paying a large, one-time placement fee for each hire — often 20–25% of the employee’s first-year salary. Subscription Recruiting replaces that with a flat monthly fee that gives you continuous recruiting support.

It’s not a transactional model; it’s a partnership. Instead of starting from scratch each time you have an opening, BR1 works alongside your team month after month to keep a pipeline of qualified candidates ready. You get predictable costs, faster hiring, and better long-term retention — without the stress or expense of traditional recruiting.

BR1’s recruiting subscriptions are designed with flexibility in mind. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time as your hiring needs change. There are no long-term commitments unless you choose an annual agreement for added savings.

Our goal is to make recruiting support as adaptable as your business. Whether hiring speeds up or slows down, your subscription adjusts with you — keeping your recruiting consistent, affordable, and completely under your control.

Both options include the same level of recruiting support — the difference is in flexibility and savings.


Our annual plan offers a 20% discount and is best for companies that plan to recruit year-round and want to lock in lower rates. The annual recruiting subscription allows your plan to increase or decrease as your hiring needs change; however, there is a minimum of one active search for the 12-month period.

Our month-to-month option gives you even more flexibility. You can cancel anytime without a long-term commitment.

In short, the annual plan rewards consistency, while the month-to-month plan gives you the freedom to cancel anytime. Either way, you’ll have the same dedicated recruiting team focused on building your strongest team possible.

Subscription Recruiting pricing is based on the number of active searches you have at one time. Each subscription tier includes a set number of active searches — for example, one, three, or five open roles. As your hiring needs change, your subscription can move up or down to match.

If you’re consistently hiring throughout the year, you can lock in 20% savings with an annual agreement, which includes a minimum of one active search. For businesses with uncertain hiring needs, our month-to-month option gives you the same great support without the annual commitment.

This approach ensures you only pay for the recruiting capacity you need — while keeping BR1’s expert recruiting team continuously engaged and ready to help you build your stronger team.
